Nicholas Rowe is an important literary figure simply be cause he was the first biographer and editor of Shakespeare, as most of us is also important as the translator of Lucan's Pharsalia into what Samuel Johnson called "one of the greatest productions of English poetry," as most of us do not know. I read some books by Nicolas Sparks (ex. The Notebook, Dear John, A Walk to Remember), as all of his books are sort of bitter sweet romance, then mostly a rather sad ending.
